I bought a dress that needed alterations and was told they would be free if I signed up for a Nordstrom credit card, which I did. HUGE mistake. If they tell you this, that’s not the whole truth and they don’t explain how it works. I ended up owing more on my credit card statement than the alterations originally cost. I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, and they know that alterations centers are telling people this. I also bought a jacket online where the size was mislabeled and they weren’t able to let me exchange it. My credit card experience was in Roseville so be careful what they tell you.

Still, the store is clean, well organized, and enjoyable to browse. A good place for premium shopping and finding quality pieces.
