  We came at around 630 and were shopping till 650. We walked around and saw no one in sight and when going down the escalators to the first floor, we saw a group of employees who were looking at us and did not say a word as they closed the store and left us behind at 7 o'clock. It was not only done when I almost had a panic attack and a seizure whenever they locked us inside in the store without any guidance.

  I don't know what's going on with this location at the Westfield Mall galleria in Roseville but it was so hot in JCPenney's and the air was so stagnant that I couldn't stand being in the store I had to find something for a gift for someone and I did my very best to keep shopping but I had difficulty finding prices on items and to ask somebody for price checks and then again because of the stagnant air and the heat I just had to purchase one item and get out of there. I wanted to stay longer to look for the gift I wanted and I would have probably spent a lot more money but it was just so uncomfortable I had to leave. Please do something about your air conditioning or your air. No one wants to shop in a store. That's so hot and stuffy you can't breathe. Not to mention the police felt like a ghost town. There was no one around anybody that I needed help from. I had to go find them myself. Not the best shopping you experienced people... With the inflation and the cost of things you've really got to think about the customer service and think about the shoppers you want more shoppers. You got to make them happy not only by your grading and being friendly, but the atmosphere that's in the store itself too hot. Old music too loud. I won't be staying, but I also don't want to see JCPenney's go under. We've got enough of that happening so come on JCPenney's you can do better. I know you can!

  We bought new sheets, towels, bedding. Good selection. Friendly staff. Plenty of close parking.

  I had such an amazing experience with Erica Prado at the JCPenney Salon in Roseville! She did an incredible job on my hair—the color came out beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. What I really appreciated was how much she cared about keeping my hair healthy throughout the process. She took her time, explained everything, and made sure my hair stayed strong and shiny. On top of that, Erica is so friendly and easy to talk to. The whole appointment felt comfortable and fun because of her amazing vibe. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. I highly recommend booking with Erica if you want gorgeous results and a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
