  uncomfortable store to shop in, they follow you around silently as if the store isn’t already so small

  As another review stated, I had the same bad experience. Nobody is ever in the store. Every single time I pass, it’s empty. If there is someone, they speedwalk out of there. There is this older woman with dry brown long hair, who at first was "nice." She said hello to us, we smiled and said Hi back. She then literally steps aside from the register, frowns at us, and crosses her arms while staring at us like we're about to steal! The store is already super small, and she literally follows us around the small store only 3 feet away.. She's super creepy and unfortunately, probably the manager. She couldn't even say, "if you need any help, please let me know!" Instead she stayed silent, crossed her arm, gave us a disgusted look and again, a huge frown. She looked like that girl from the horror movie "obsessed." Except, this is a real person who decides to act like this. Even worse! We got so uncomfortable that we left. My friend told her, "Thank you! Have a great day." And the lady just rolled her eyes and walked behind her register. Not saying anything. How can you expect us to buy an item like that from someone who wants us out?

  I paid for several items, but one bra that I paid for was not included. I could have written this off as a mistake, but I clearly felt a condescending and dismissive attitude from the Russian-speaking saleswoman. She was unfriendly and rude, and it was obvious she did not enjoy doing her job. Yes, sometimes people forget to include something you paid for — but that’s rare, and this didn’t feel like one of those cases.

  As I walked by, I noticed 3 ladies who looked absolutely miserable as they were talking to one another (especially the heavy set older lady with white hair). The brunette cashier gave me a judgey look as she looked me up and down. So of course I needed to step inside to see what the entitlement was all about! Let me tell you that there are better stores in the Galleria to purchase your intimate wear and loungewear from - better quality, better customer service, and much cuter as well. Happy shopping!

  I was looking for a sexy everyday bra and found exactly what I needed here. Melissa, one of the associates, was wonderful and helped me find the perfect one. She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!
