  Called ahead to verify the free mom promo. Good customer service. Came in for it. Cashier helped pull up my rewards via phone number. Quick transaction. Pretty white chocolate and chocolate dipped strawberries.

  I am sitting here still confused to how a company I have ordered from for over 6 years can have zero remorse and empathy. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a fruit platter that is almost 100. I live in Arizona and needed this delivered on time for Mother’s Day. I understand d mistakes happen but the ordered was delivered to the wrong address after the delivery driver texted me and we established that they were not home. I asked what is the policy and they said it will be re- delivered the following day. Today, when calling the store to try to figure what is actually happening here and how it can be fixed. I was told they are too busy with the holiday to help till next week. I expressed this is not ok and was met with attitude and zero empathy that it is an actual present. In an economy where everyone is struggling from families to business owners, one would think wee could work together. I was rudely told that it will get delivered on Monday. No sorry just matter of fact and a tone of “we are busy”. So, this will be the last time I ever do business with them. I suggest future customers take your business elsewhere since they are too busy to care or offer a modicum of basic customer service.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Edible Arrangements location today (4/24). I walked in at 5:57 PM, just a few minutes before their posted closing time of 6:00 PM. As soon as I entered, the employee told me the store was closed. I pointed out that it was still before closing, and she responded with “oh yeah, sorry,” but didn’t make any effort to help. All I wanted was to purchase an item that was already prepared, no custom order, nothing complicated. She then said she thought I wanted to place an order for later, and told me she couldn’t help me because she was already counting the register. I completely understand wanting to close on time and go home, but turning away a customer before the posted closing time, especially for a quick, ready-made purchase, is frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.
