  Went to the store open and sign on at 5pm told me they where closed tho and wouldn't help me.

  Best Birthday present ever!!my daughter in PA sent me a birthday bouquet of flowers and sweets of chocolate and frosted strawberries. Also, tiny “cakes” of pineapple slices with white frosting and sprinkles with real tiny candles to light and blow out. Everything is fresh and delightful. I will definitely consider them for my next gift giving! I’ve never seen such a splendid delivered gift!! Thank you, Edible Arrangements.

  These guys hustled for a last minute delivery for me. I can't say enough good about how well they did. If you are in the area or even a little outside like me, these are the people you wanna count on for your arrangement. FYI send someone the mocha tini. My wife loved it!

  Best Customer Service!!!! Beautiful arrangement and sweet-ripe too 😍 I was having trouble online ordering something for my Dad for Father’s Day. I am in San Jose and he is in Roseville. I called them up and Elisa was helpful and kind and patient with me. Once i made the online order i realized i meant to add something and it didn’t, so i called again and Elisa and Parvinder went above and beyond 💕💝🫶 The delivery was perfect and will be ordering w/them again.

  I am sitting here still confused to how a company I have ordered from for over 6 years can have zero remorse and empathy. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a fruit platter that is almost 100. I live in Arizona and needed this delivered on time for Mother’s Day. I understand d mistakes happen but the ordered was delivered to the wrong address after the delivery driver texted me and we established that they were not home. I asked what is the policy and they said it will be re- delivered the following day. Today, when calling the store to try to figure what is actually happening here and how it can be fixed. I was told they are too busy with the holiday to help till next week. I expressed this is not ok and was met with attitude and zero empathy that it is an actual present. In an economy where everyone is struggling from families to business owners, one would think wee could work together. I was rudely told that it will get delivered on Monday. No sorry just matter of fact and a tone of “we are busy”. So, this will be the last time I ever do business with them. I suggest future customers take your business elsewhere since they are too busy to care or offer a modicum of basic customer service.
