She came back with the gift receipt and they said they couldn’t refund her it had to be to the original payment method. What’s the point of a gift receipt then? So I go to return the item, I only have the gift receipt. They I can’t refund you. You have to exchange TODAY. No gift card or anything. I find shoes $10 short I say keep the $10 and give me the shoes. They sad no you have to buy something else. So I bought socks that I don’t need. Spent $6 extra TO RETURN A GIFT. I will never shop here again.
