  There’s not enough good things I can say about finding Oscar. My wife and I are finally getting to the place in life when we can build a watch and jewelry collection that reflect our shared loves and lives together. We absolutely hit a jackpot finding Oscar. He’s patient, detailed, informed and very thorough. Just a great guy all around. He cares genuinely about our life experiences and the goals we have in mind to reflect that. It never feels like he’s trying to just guide us to a purchase. He’s got an incredible eye and sense of design. Our experience having him guide us through creating a custom ring was unbelievably personal and meaningful to us. We’re an eclectic couple and i think most people would see us and see something on the outside that doesn’t always reflect what’s on the inside. Oscar took the time to get to know us and see who we really are. That’s pretty special.

  Randy is not sweet like candy, He's quite a jerk....Whoooa what a dandy!!! He treats every question like a personal slight, A king of the counter, prepared for a fight. The watch is a beauty, a marvel of light, But Randy’s the shadow that ruins the sight! He talks in circles of "heritage" and "steel," But his words have the grit of a rusted wheel. No "please" or "thank you," no warmth in his eye, Just a cold, sharp look as the minutes tick by. The velvet tray is slammed right down, With a sneer and a heavy, judgmental frown. He adjusts his cuffs with a practiced air, As if you’re a burden for being there. "You want to see this?" he asks with a scoff, Already itching to shoo you off. "It’s more than a month of your rent, I’m shorre," He acts like the rich and treats you like poooor! A final toast to the man of the hour, With a soul as sweet as a lemon is sour. A king of the counter, a titan of spite, Who makes every customer want to take flight. ​He polishes glass with a sneer on his face, As if kindness would be a total disgrace. He measures your worth by the shoes on your feet, Then serves up a lecture, ice-cold and neat. ​"It’s an investment!" he says with a huff, While puffing his chest and acting real tough. But no amount of gold or sapphire-blue tint, Can fix a personality that belongs in the lint. ​So keep your Oyster, your Sub, and your Date, We’ve had quite enough of your heavy-handed state.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Devons Jewelers in the Roseville Galleria, and I can’t recommend them enough. Dave, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me through one of the most important purchases of my life—choosing the perfect engagement ring. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, from the different diamond options to the settings, making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. His knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Dave also helped me pick out my fiancée’s wedding band, and when we returned together, he helped her find the perfect band for me as well. It truly felt like a personalized experience from start to finish. The level of customer service here is exceptional. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with ongoing services like resizing rings and cleaning them free of charge, which shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale. On top of that, Dave added me to the Rolex waitlist and has been great about keeping me updated along the way. His communication and transparency have been much appreciated, and I’m really hoping he’ll be able to come through and help me get my dream watch. Overall, Devons Jewelers delivers outstanding customer service, expertise, and a welcoming atmosphere. Dave and the team made a big moment in my life even more special, and I’m grateful for their help every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been going to Devon’s for about 3 years now. Always get treated by the upmost respect and Sam always guides me in the right direction when shopping for the Mrs. Great local jewelry store that are personable.
