  I had a very disappointing experience at this location, especially for what was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day gift. My husband purchased a piece for me, but after seeing it in person and wearing it, I realized I did not absolutely love it. For a $4,500 purchase, I believe customers should feel completely confident and happy with what they are buying. Initially, Gina, the manager, was very pleasant and even offered to clean another piece I was wearing while I browsed. However, once I decided I did not see anything else I wanted and requested a full refund so I could later purchase something I truly loved for Mother’s Day, the entire interaction changed. I was met with an attitude and unnecessary questioning regarding my husband’s information, which made me feel as though I needed permission to return a gift that was purchased for me. The experience quickly became uncomfortable and honestly felt very dismissive and judgmental. My husband was so confused by the situation that I called him while I was in the store, and even he questioned why I was being given such a difficult time over a standard return request. What made this especially upsetting is that I have purchased multiple pieces from David Yurman before and have never experienced treatment like this. My best friend, who was with me during the interaction, also noticed the shift in behavior and agreed the situation was handled poorly. Earlier that same day, I had visited Louis Vuitton and received excellent customer service, so the contrast was very noticeable. Luxury shopping should feel welcoming, respectful, and customer-focused not pressuring or judgmental. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. I will not be returning to this location.

  Came here a while back and received amazing service from Courtney! She’s kind, patient, and not pushy at all. She was very knowledgeable about the brand and the products they offer. She suggested a few beautiful items, and while I didn’t buy today, I will definitely be back to shop with her again. Everyone should ask for her if they want great service.

  Leslie was the most amazing saleswoman in the world she has such great energy and makes you want to buy the whole store! I was hesitant about a watch and she sold me within the first couple minutes!

  I had a great experience at the new David Yurman store in the Roseville Galleria! Zane was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was top-notch, and I was impressed by their great selection of men’s jewelry. Highly recommend visiting!
