  I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews and I've never left a bad review in my life, but I think my experience with the Boss store at the Galleria Mall warrants it. Due to their unprofessional procedures and incompetence, they made me waste almost 2 hours of driving (plus the gas money for those trips) for absolutely nothing. I went in on Saturday 9/5 to buy a suit for my upcoming wedding. Antonio helped me and they didn't have my size suit jacket in store, so he said he would order it for me, took my cell number and told me he would text me when it came in. On Wednesday 9/9, Antonio text me and said that "the jacket has arrived" and we confirmed what time I was coming down that day. So after work, I drove the 25 minutes down there and...........the jacket hadnt arrived. If the Jacket hadn't arrived, why did Antonio tell me it did? I realized I was lied to, was pretty annoyed, but the other staff member Adam was there and was really nice and apologetic and so I figured whatever I'll come back when it actually gets here. On Friday 9/11, Antonio text me again and says "the jacket is arriving today" and we confirm that I'll be coming in the next day, Saturday 9/12. I again drive the 25 minutes down to the mall and get there around 2:45. Adam is there again and immediately recognizes me and greets me (Antonio is not there again, even though he said he would be). I tell him that Antonio text me again and said the jacket arrived Friday.................well guess what? THE JACKET STILL HADNT ARRIVED. So now at this point, I've wasted 1 hour and 40 minutes in my truck driving to the mall for no reason what so ever. I was kind of besides my self, thinking maybe they're running some sort of hidden camera show, because there is no way that Antonio is this incompetent. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Boss for my wedding suit and will be contacting corporate with the screenshots of my text exchange with Antonio. I don't even want anything from corporate, but this is too insane of a situation to just let slide. I will say, Adam was very nice and it sucks Antonio put him in that situation not once, but twice.

  Crappy clothes and company! Bought a new item that had light staining and they wouldn’t return the crap. Don’t trust this crappy store and clothes.

  Oscar and Adam are both awesome and helped me pick out a couple suits for wedding season. These guys actually know what theyre talking about and will give you great fashion and styling advice. Ive had a great experience every time ive been here.
