  I had such an amazing experience at Alo, and Danica truly made it even better! She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, gave genuinely helpful recommendations, and made the whole experience feel so easy and fun. What stood out most was how personable and patient she was. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything—she genuinely wanted to make sure I left with pieces I loved and felt good in. Her customer service is seriously 10/10, and she represents Alo so well. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Danica! 🤍

  I usually order online (easy, fast, no shipping issues), but I decided to pop into the Galleria on Saturday, May 2, and I’m so glad I did. They were having a sale (dangerous in the best way 😄), and of course, I ended up loading up. What really stood out though was the customer service. I had purchased a pair of shoes and socks the week before, and they told me to bring them back in for a price match. No hassle at all, I ran home, grabbed my items, came back, and they took care of everything seamlessly. Walked out with my price match AND more goodies (because… obviously). Such cute clothes, such a great team, and just an all-around amazing experience. Definitely reminded me why I love this brand so much! 🩵

  There are some girls in there that act like they are superior and treat you like an inconvenience even though their job is to literally help when it’s needed. Clothes are good it’s the customer service at this location and it stunk with mean girl energy
