  I usually order online (easy, fast, no shipping issues), but I decided to pop into the Galleria on Saturday, May 2, and I’m so glad I did. They were having a sale (dangerous in the best way 😄), and of course, I ended up loading up. What really stood out though was the customer service. I had purchased a pair of shoes and socks the week before, and they told me to bring them back in for a price match. No hassle at all, I ran home, grabbed my items, came back, and they took care of everything seamlessly. Walked out with my price match AND more goodies (because… obviously). Such cute clothes, such a great team, and just an all-around amazing experience. Definitely reminded me why I love this brand so much! 🩵

  There are some girls in there that act like they are superior and treat you like an inconvenience even though their job is to literally help when it’s needed. Clothes are good it’s the customer service at this location and it stunk with mean girl energy

  Very bad quality not at all worth it first wash and the sweater had like balls all over of thread Alo is just a hype never buying again i will attach some pictures how it looks like after first wash
