  I did order pick up less than 24 hours ago. The tag came off when I tried them on, went to return them and they said the tag is off so no. I explained that I haven’t even had them for 24 hours, they’ve not been worn except tried on for 15 seconds and the tag is right here. No. I’m actually shocked, I LOVE this store but will not be coming back now. I didn’t expect to be out $55 because you’re incapable of attaching a tag back on that was obviously not on very well to begin with. :(

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Aerie today. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes while multiple employees stood together talking, and not one of them acknowledged me or offered help. When I finally asked for assistance finding a specific legging, the employee was unfriendly and clearly uninterested in helping. The interaction felt dismissive. The checkout experience wasn’t any better—the cashier was also not friendly or engaging. As someone who is in their early 30's with a child, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Customer service should be inclusive and attentive to everyone, and that was completely lacking during my visit.

  Nice store fun to look at. I have a lot of cute things. I personally didn’t buy anything though.

  I always enjoy Aerie but they have limited styles which they swap out pretty regularly. The sizes are forgiving, the fabric is always comfortable.
