You would think they’re going out of business with the amount of staff they have. Cannot nearly get any help at all in the back with guns, ammo, binos, range finders and so on. That area is useless if they have 2 customers Get ready to wait a long time

Worst firearm purchasing experience I've ever had. The employee handling my firearm transfer appeared poorly trained and provided virtually no communication throughout the entire process. During a highly regulated transaction involving firearms, identification, and legal documentation, I was given little to no explanation of what was taking place. In total, the employee may have spoken fewer than ten words during the transaction. What made the experience worse was that after I had completed the transfer and moved to the front of the store, the same employee approached me and accused me of taking a folder containing paperwork that he trew on the counter next to my ID. Rather than verifying the situation first, he immediately assumed i stold his papers. When questioned about the lack of communication, I was told that he "doesn't usually speak." That response was concerning. Firearm transfers require attention to detail, professionalism, and clear communication. Placing an employee in charge of firearm transactions who is unwilling or unable to communicate with customers creates unnecessary confusion and increases the potential for mistakes. To top it off, the firearms were handed over with nothing more than a small red plastic chamber flag attached, despite my having provided approved firearm locks. The entire delivery process felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional. I've purchased firearms from several dealers over the years and have never experienced this level of poor customer service. The store may have quality products, but based on this experience, management should seriously evaluate employee training, communication standards, and customer service at the firearm counter.

Dude (Chris) at the ammo/weapon pick up counter upset he had to help a few of us that wanted to get ammo. Rude, bad attitude, helped quick so not a total loss. I’d rather go elsewhere though
