  Called within store hours, tried reaching customer support (option 4) hung up on after 4-5 rings. Same result trying to reach the operator.

  Gun counter employees are all very professional and knowledgeable. They took great care, even put some oil on the new gun that I was about to purchase. Definitely would be back for future purchases at this store.

  Great place to take the kids. They love the fish in the back and checking out all the boats. Only complaint is the sales people by the fish. They approached me and I told them not thank you and then they proceeded to try talking to my wife who is too nice then she pointed at me and I said not interested. They left us alone after that.

  We had a very concerning experience here yesterday. We purchased a large and expensive gun case and upon checking out, the employee asked my husband if he had stuffed anything inside the liner of the case and inspected it. On top of that, he made a jokingly threatening comment about if he had concealed anything, then “the dogs will come get ya”. My husband, being the bigger man, brushed the whole incident off and proceeded with the purchase anyway. This has definitely left a sour note and Bass Pro Shops has lost our business indefinitely. If you are a customer of color — beware and take your business elsewhere.
