    As a non-profit dedicated to supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families in California, we are deeply disappointed in Bass Pro Shops Roseville. Bass Pro Shops heavily advertises itself as a military- and veteran-friendly business with prominent “Support Our Troops” messaging, discounts, and in-store promotions. Unfortunately, their corporate and store-level policies tell a very different story. We have received multiple reports from active-duty service members stationed or deployed to California who have been unable to purchase firearms at the Roseville location. Despite clear state and federal guidelines, Bass Pro’s internal requirements create unnecessary and seemingly unlawful obstacles that other local gun stores do not impose. These service members report zero issues at any other retailer in the area — only at Bass Pro. One active-duty member shared that he personally spoke with the store manager on several occasions. The manager assured him he would consult the area firearms manager and call back promptly. That callback never came. What a shame. When a major retailer that profits from the “We Support Our Military” branding actively makes it borderline impossible for those same service members to exercise their rights under the law, it undermines the very community they claim to champion. Our non-profit exists to help remove barriers for military families — we never expected one of the largest outdoor retailers in the country to become one of those barriers. We strongly encourage active-duty members and veterans to shop at the many genuinely military-friendly gun stores across Northern California that actually deliver on their promises. We will continue advocating for our service members and hope Bass Pro Shops re-evaluates its policies to truly align with the support they publicly profess.     Bass Pro Shops loves to advertise how much they ‘support military and veterans’ with big signs and discounts everywhere. Too bad their actual store and corporate policies make it borderline impossible for active-duty service members deployed to California to buy a firearm. I’m active duty, stationed here, and have zero problems at any other gun store in the area. Bass Pro is the ONLY one that throws up roadblocks that don’t line up with California or federal law. I’ve spoken to the store manager multiple times he promised to get the area firearms manager on the phone and call me back. Never heard a single word. If you’re military and think Bass Pro has your back, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Hypocritical and frustrating.

    Waited at the counter for over 15 minutes to be assisted with a case item. Sales staff were there but didn't even acknowledge our presence while they assisted others. We walked, never to return.

    Todo muy bien ,es un lugar para comprar para camping ropa venden todo tipo para pesca barcos muy bonitos ,hay una pecera muy grande un oso para tomar fotos mucha historias por las fotos muy antiguas mi mente empieza a viajar en aquellos tiempos a mi en lo personal me relaja y tranquilo van familia enteras niños a mirar los peces los animales disecado,ya su te gustan otros deportes cazar ya depende de ti lo que quieras comprar,

    Got the raybans for me and mom. The man and a young lady that was helping us were super nice and helpful. One pair had to be shipped. When they arrived there was a scratch on the lens. The very next day i called and talked to a man and he told me that I can bring them in and replace with a different pair. So in my day off I had to drive back to replace the glasses on apr 24th around 10 am. The lady with thick glasses was rude and had nasty attitude since we explained the situation. Forgot to look at her name tag but my receipt said Lee j helped you today. I didn't make the scratch. They were delivered scratched. I had incontinence coming back to the store. And was met with an attitude. Telling me that the procedure explained to me on the phone is not how they do returns and that nobody told her that im coming. When I told her I talked on the phone on tuesday with a man. She said "there's a lot of men that work her maam" with a smirk. Talking to me like im stupid. Even my mom noticed her attitude. The whole experience was ruined. It started so good with our very first visit to this store to buy expensive glasses to getting scratched glasses and then receiving a horrible customer service with attitude while trying to get a good pair of glasses back that I paid for almost 300 for. I didn't want her nasty attitude ruin my day so I just said I need a pair shipped to me and then said nothing else and walked away without being confrontational cause I knew id lose my cool. But I definable wanted to let the store know that some people shouldn't be in customer service. Thank you.
