  Eddie was amazing. I came into this location after trying to find a pair of black rose old skool Vans at the Moreno Valley store. The MoVal store called the Tyler location to make sure they had the size I needed. I went to the store a got the shoes but apparently the size of the shoe in the box wasn’t the correct size. By this time I had already gone all the way home. I called the store and got to speak to Eddie, he told me to come back and he would ensure I got the correct size. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of since I had to drive all the way back to the store for the shoes and it was a little bit of a distance. Great customer service, I will definitely be returning and recommending this location!

  Shoe selection is more for the trendy than for skate functionality. High price clothing. "Bring back the classic Half Cab!"

  they havent had the shoes ive wanted to get in my size for months and months and ive gone back almost every day. they tell me to come back when they have new shipments the next week and i have, yet they still dont have my size or a size near what i need.
