  When my partner and I began scouting for the perfect engagement ring, we had no clue where to start. We spent countless hours doing online research, comparing shapes, materials, and carats. By the end of it, we felt even more overwhelmed by all the information than when we started. We decided our best move was to visit a reputable jeweler in person and hopefully find an expert who could not only answer our questions, but make the experience an enjoyable one. This was a major milestone moment after all and we wanted it to be perfect. That is when Gigi and Cory came in and surpassed every hope and expectation we had. From the moment we walked through the door, my partner and I felt seen, heard, respected, and completely at ease. When we told them we were set on a 5-carat diamond, they never tried to push us past our limit. Instead, they brought in a plethora of options for us to inspect under the microscope so we could select the exact stone we wanted while staying strictly within our budget. Their communication was incredible throughout the entire process, they even stayed in touch via text on their days off to keep us updated. At no point did they put their sale over our experience. That exceptional service continued even after we left and the ink was dry, which confirmed we made the right choice by trusting Robbins Brothers. In a few weeks, I will have the ring of my dreams along with a wonderful memory to look back on with so much love and gratitude. Thank you both SO much from the bottom of our hearts for everything! We are beyond excited for this next chapter and couldn't have done it without you all.

  We had the best experience shopping at Robbins Brothers, but what made it even better was the customer service that was given by Corey. Corey was awesome! Made us feel Very welcomed. Because of that we didn’t go anywhere else to look, and we found our forever ring there. Definitely recommend Robin‘s brothers and ultimately recommend going to Cory for the best experience.

  Eric York was one of the most helpful, kind, sweet, and caring person I have had the pleasure to meet with in regards to engagement rings in all my looking. He had a genuine curiosity in me and my soon to be fiancé and our stories and cared for us so well!
