  I came to return 5 of the 7 bras I purchased online. They were all on I order and I came to the store within the return window. I was in the store for the nearly 40 minutes it took for that one transaction. My Lane Bryant account showed the entire purchase. I had the email back up. It came it 3 separate deliveries. The manager, no name tag, wore glasses, middle age white woman, insisted to me that 2 of the bras were not on the order. I showed her pictures on my order that match the color and description. She swore up and down that 2 weren't attached to my phone number and then offered me to exchange them. I don't want to echange a style that doesn't fit me. I want my money back. After going back and forth she finally said she could look it up under my email, and aha, found another bra. She said something about numbers being different from an older model. The last one she swears she couldn't find and told me it was a bra from 2024. I have no idea how old the bras they mail me are. She was very difficult. She finally let me return it, wrote a long note on my receipt. She made me put the return amount on 2 separate credit cards. She couldn't figure out how to refund the card I purchased with. I asked for a manager, and she told me she was it. I had to drive 70 miles to my closest Lane Bryant. They had great sales, but after being hassles by this unfriendly woman, I didn't want to spend another dime there and worry about a potential return. If I ever order online again, I'll have to go to the Redlands store. 40 minutes for a return on one receipt. Unacceptable.

  I have to purchase everything online because everytime I go into the store, the staff are rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I try to purchase through other plus size stores as much as possible just to avoid having to deal with Lane Bryant reps in general.
