I brought my watch in to be repaired, at “ Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs”but shortly after, I decided I wanted to cancel the repair. At no point was I informed that there would be a $20 cancellation fee. When I asked for my watch back, they refused and insisted on the fee, even though it was never clearly disclosed beforehand.She stole the watch, good customer service includes being transparent about all fees and charges before taking a customer's items . If I had known there was a cancellation fee, I would have made a more informed decision. The lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. If I could give no stars I would!
