My experience with this jewelry store was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend (now husband) came here to design a custom engagement ring with me, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.
The sales associate, Rena, made multiple promises about the customization process that were never followed through on. We were specifically told we would receive a CAD design for approval, then a wax ring prototype, and only after our approval would the final ring be made. Instead, they skipped the approval process entirely and created the final ring without our consent or sign-off.
On top of that, when the ring turned out nothing like what I wanted, Rena repeatedly pressured me to just accept it rather than actually correcting the issues or listening to my concerns. For something as important and sentimental as an engagement ring, I should never have felt pushed into settling for a design I did not want.
To make matters worse, Rena completely ruined the surprise of my proposal. She casually said to me, “I know you guys are going out of town this weekend so you can use this ring as a placeholder temporarily,” essentially revealing that my boyfriend was planning to propose during our trip. That moment can never be taken back.
After 9 weeks of wasted time trying to customize this ring, we ultimately decided to walk away and requested our deposit back. When my boyfriend expressed frustration about how much time had been wasted, Rena responded by saying they had “wasted a lot of gold on us,” which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
A custom engagement ring is supposed to be an exciting and meaningful experience. Instead, this process was stressful, disappointing, and handled with very little care or professionalism. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a custom ring or an engagement experience they can trust.

So I'll tell you our story and let you decide who is correct. My wife noticed a raised prong on her wedding band. She brought the ring in for repair and asked that all the diamonds be checked for their security. The charge was $65. After she received the ring a diamond fell out within a few weeks. My wife brought the ring back. I felt they should fix it without charge since they obviously didn't check for a loose stone. My wife was nicer. The charge was $225 to replace the small stone and my wife asked for them to discount the $65 since the ring was obviously not checked. The store told her they could not do that because they do not guarantee their work. That was a surprise. They did discount 10% off the labor component to replace the stone and the quality of their work was fine. Who doesn't guarantee their work? Anyway you decide how this should have been handled.
