  Best board game shop in the inland empire. Staff is phenomenal and the selection of products boarders on ludicrous with the amount of things they have. Now with their even bigger play space they have all bases covered. Awesome place!

  i wish i could give this place 5 stars but the store is EXTREMELY HOT. like they barely have the AC on and every time i’m in there you can literally hear multiple customers complaining about the temperature. like i seriously witness other customers dripping sweat it’s insane. PLEASE PLEASE work on this so your customers can have a more comfortable experience, it’s extremely inconsiderate and just bad business. other than that they have an okay selection, massively overpriced but that’s just the market right now i guess.

  After my boyfriend checked out the cashier asked him if he wanted a receipt or bag and he declined both. We walked around the store for a while and then left. Then one of the cashiers ran out behind us after we crossed the street asking if we paid for the game even though she was standing next to the cashier who checked him out. It was so upsetting for him.

  After my friend purchased a board game from here from the woman at the register. We were then chased down by the other woman who was also at the register and she demanded to be shown proof of purchase. We were the only ones in the store for 10 minutes when the game had been purchased and they asked us if we wanted a receipt or bag at which time we said no. So it was wild to be chased down as a receipt then be demanded for proof of purchase. Game was immediately returned because of this.

  Very disappointing experience. We went in because they advertise that they buy Pokémon cards. The day before, someone working there was completely open to looking at our cards. This time, my husband went in first and Noah dismissed him without even looking at the cards. I was standing outside and witnessed the entire interaction. When I walked inside and asked Noah what happened, he was suddenly very open and willing to look at the cards. But when I told him I had witnessed him dismissing my husband, he claimed he had never spoken to him or even seen him. I can't say why my husband was treated differently, but unfortunately, I've seen him dismissed by people before because of his appearance. He's bald, Mexican, and heavily tattooed, while I am often treated very differently when I walk into the same places. I don't want to accuse anyone of discrimination without proof, but the way this situation was handled left me extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't the fact that they didn't want to buy the cards. It was the way my husband was treated and then having the interaction denied when I personally witnessed it. Very poor customer service.
