- TTTechnical TrainingJun 30, 20251.0The manager is extremely rude. He dropped one the sunglass lenses that were shipped to the store from Oakley and would not own it. He claimed they were not scratched yet there are micro scratches. He is very belligerent as he threw the lenses down on the counter and told me to get out of the store because there’s nothing he is going do. He proceeded to ask security to handle the situation. He dropped the lens he should pay for a new set or buy them back. He refused. Absolutely no customer service skills or helpfulness on something that he caused. He should not be in a position that interacts with customers.
