- GSGurinder Singh3 days ago1.0Bought a suit here and didn’t realize they left the security tag on. I had to drive back to the store, they refused to remove it because the manager wasn’t there. Freddie was extremely rude and offered no help at all. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I’d have to come back again. I live 35 miles away, so that’s a 70-mile round trip just because they forgot to remove a tag. Easily one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service and no accountability.

I couldn't believe it but Trenton the jewelry manager and the store G.M. replaced my watch right out of the showcase for my troubles, they have made a lifelong customer!
