  After reading a few other reviews, I was extremely skeptical ordering from this place. Originally I thought my order was supposed to be delivered through the Tustin store, but apparently both stores cover the Irvine area and the orders that come in, get divided up. Once I found out that my order was going through this store, I ended up calling the store directly and expressed my concerns (based on other reviews) - they then reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that they would make sure that everything would come out really nice.. I am VERY happy that I ended up ordering this delivery and that I gave this store a chance - the fruit was fresh and everything looked absolutely delicious! My friend was extremely happy with his birthday gift and he really enjoyed the dipped fruits. He also mentioned the mini cheesecakes were really delicious. Thank you so much for helping me deliver an amazing birthday surprise to my friend, when I was unable to be there to celebrate in person! You have earned me as a return customer. Awesome employees and great work from this store!

  SO EMBARRASSED AND DISAPPOINTED!! I put in my Mother's Day order on May 5th. When I called to ask for an estimate time for delivery I was told there was no more Mother's Day balloons and no more flowers! Why wasn't inventory checked to ensure the demand could be met?!?! Then I was told the flowers would be replaced with roses to make up for it and I said an "I love you" balloon would suffice. They sent flowers, not roses, and they were dead and wilted. The person I spoke said to me "I'm sorry they werent to your standards". Lady, it shouldn't be your standard to operate this way!!! This was such an embarrassment!! Anyone that thought it was acceptable to send dead flowers should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible way do business and an embarassment to the franchise! Never ordering again! UPDATE: The melons and cantaloupe where inedible as they where too hard to bite into. They where thrown out. Therefore, the entire order was a total fail!

  I was delighted to receive a platter from a good friend as a surprise: it looked beautiful at first glance. But the strawberries weren’t ripe and some pineapple cut out had the core in it. Despite that I enjoyed the other fruits.

  Well, why am i not surprised to see too many bad reviews. Long story short, I had surgery, so my co-workers ordered an arrangement to be delivered to me. It did arrive on time but the fruit was no where close to "Fresh" as they advertised. My wife called the second day, she asked them to make it right by sending a fresh arrangement and picking up the old one. They said no, they wanted her to bring it to the store to inspect and decide then if they will replace it. Not how you do business. Zero stars. Don't order at this place.

  Scheduled an order for Valentine's day online. No delivery as of 6pm on the scheduled day, so I called to verify and was assured it would be delivered. As of 2/15 no delivery has occurred and the shop has made no effort to contact or notify me. I am incredibly disappointed as delivering food is literally their only job yet they somehow failed to accomplish this.
