Growing up with a floral background I can assure some people flower quality depends on the grower, and warehouse they come from... just like with food, sometimes you receive a not so great shipment! It's not always the florist to blame- I will continue shopping with them- MC

I thought purchasing directly from a local florist instead of 800-flowers was the way to go to support local business and receive in a much nicer bouquet. I spoke to a women and she recommended the designers choice. I specified that my mom's favorite color was yellow and to please include yellow. She said that was fine there would be yellows, oranges and it would be springlike. The designer would do a great job. The bouquet was $125 before delivery and tax. I asked if it was a good size and she said yes. What ended up being delivered was a small bouquet with only yellow flowers. There were yellows rose and two sunflowers. No other colors. I could have ordered something from 1-800flowers in the largest bouquet size for less money and it would have been delivered by a local Florist. I also could have purchased 50 yellow roses from Co.stco with free delivery for $58. I feel like I was totally ripped off by Rancho Mirage Florist

But I asked for the arrangement to be Made with nothing fragrant, for example no lilies, please because it was going to a hospital setting. The arrangement had tons of big beautiful lilies. It seems that someone did not get my note. I wrote the company just to let them know just so they are aware of it and no one responded back to me so I’m hoping they will see it in this review.
