  I have to give this flower arrangement a good rating because it was truly beautiful. But I asked for the arrangement to be Made with nothing fragrant, for example no lilies, please because it was going to a hospital setting. The arrangement had tons of big beautiful lilies. It seems that someone did not get my note. I wrote the company just to let them know just so they are aware of it and no one responded back to me so I’m hoping they will see it in this review.

  I received flowers from you once and they were fantastic and lasted a long time . So naturally I am a loyal customer . My stepmother just received your flowers and she was thrilled . Thank you for speedy delivery and great service .

  They delivered beautiful flowers, the service was great but their stated prices were misleading.. There $79.00 bouquet became over a hundred. Tax I understand but the service fee tacked on of $20 was a rip.

  This was my 3rd bouquet ordered from RMF and for the 3rd time in a row my recipient was flabbergasted at how beautiful and unique the bouquet was! It may be on the high end $ wise But it is well worth it- the quality of product and craftsmanship allow the flowers to last longer than any other arrangements I’ve bought! You will not be disappointed!! I love RMF!!

  Absolute garbage service from Rancho Mirage Florist— the whole crew should be ashamed. Ordered premium roses TWO FULL WEEKS before Valentine’s Day, paid good money, and they delivered at 7:30 PM like it was no big deal. Romantic evening? Ruined. The roses arrived looking like shriveled green marbles—tight closed buds that NEVER opened. Not one. They sat there for days looking pathetic and dead, no color, no fragrance, just expensive trash. Total scam. Called to complain, spoke to Sara who acted like it was my fault for not inspecting them instantly. Said I had only days to report for any refund or replacement—conveniently ignoring I called the second they opened (were not open when I called or they were delivered). Zero accountability, zero apology, zero customer care. They clearly sent old, low-quality stock and hoped no one would notice. This place is a joke. They destroyed Valentine’s Day and wasted my money. Stay far away—go anywhere else. 0/10, never again.
