Unfortunately, this Lululemon location seriously needs to address how customers are treated and provide better training around racism. I’ve shopped at other Lululemon locations, including Costa Mesa and Arcadia, and I’ve never experienced treatment like I did at Victoria Gardens. I felt singled out and treated differently, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Let me tell y’all they do not treat customers with the same level of respect.

She repeatedly rolled her eyes during our interaction, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. A little courtesy and willingness to assist customers would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses the issue.
