  I ordered this gift well ahead of Father's Day to ensure it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The store closes at 4:00 PM on Sundays, and when I needed assistance, I had to call three times before anyone finally answered the phone. The delivery driver also failed to properly attempt delivery. My mother was home the entire time, sitting near the front door, and the driver never knocked or called. We even have the driver on camera—she was only there briefly, did not attempt to knock, and left. The reason given for not delivering the order was a "Beware of Dog" sign, which is completely false. There is no such sign on the small front gate, and the dogs were inside the house, not outside. Since my parents are senior citizens, I believe a phone call should have been made if there was any issue locating them. When I contacted the store, I was assured the order would be redelivered and that it would not arrive late like my Mother's Day order, which wasn't delivered until 9:00 PM. Based on those assurances, I trusted that everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, my Father's Day gift never arrived as promised. For an order that cost over $100, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and order elsewhere. The customer service is poor, and the delivery driver failed to do her job while providing inaccurate reasons for not completing the delivery.

  Ordered well ahead of Father's Day for delivery. Store closes at 4pm on a Sunday and does not show any preparations of an order of $100 as of 2PM. Store does not answer the phone. Serious doubts the order will even be delivered. I will have to contact bank for a refund for order not fulfilled. I bet it wont even look anything like what is advertised. I could order on Door Dash and get something within an hour, yet you order straight from the company and get second class treatment. Never Again. What would be the point of ordering something for a holiday if it arrives when the holiday is done? 0 stars False Advertisement in images Bad slow service No communication Quick to take your money Bad company imposing on underpaid employees. The people making up all the rules, images and deadlines are not the people in the store doing all the work. Sad I ordered before seeing all the horrible other experiences everyone has on the holiday. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND

  Omgosh the sweetest girl.. actually the entire staff has been awesome. I am a store transfer. The store in fontana is the worst. I started coming here, and their customer service has been 5 stars alone. Aside from the pineapple pops they make for us. They always make sure it's always evenly covered. Tha politeness is nice and refreshing. Thanks guys.

  I placed an order for same day delivery. I was worried that it would not get to the recipient on time but the store reassured me they would make sure to get it. Later the delivery person called me to let me know that the recipient did not seem to be home. After trying to get a hold of them, and no answer, they offered to wait and even finished the rest of their deliveries and came back to check again. After no answer, they told me I could try the delivery for tomorrow and even remade the order. They attempted to deliver the next day and recipient was not home. They waited and got a hold of them waiting for them to get back home. The driver went above and beyond to make sure my aunt received her birthday gift and I am so appreciative of it! Thank you all!
