  Honestly 1000/10 for Kymani in the fire arms section! (If I misspelled his name I’m so sorry!) But this dude was so nice and just great to talk to all around! You can tell he really cares about what he does! Talked to him for awhile and learned so much! Genuinely deserves everything good to happen to him because he was so genuine and made my experience so happy! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully see him again just because of his service!

  Came here in my semi truck(no trailer) parked far away so I would not be in the way of anything. Walked in ask the guy if it was ok to park while I shopped, he was cool with it👍🏼 I got a hunting permit and fishing permit and also some gear from upstairs. They were a little slow on unlocking the dressing room for me I think I waited maybe 10 - 15 minutes …. Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend going here to shop.

  This place is soo bad, I felt obligated to leave a review. First of all, the energy of anyone that does not look like the dominant staff was EXTREMELY obvious. You can tell the vibe was like why are you here. And getting help was nearly impossible. One staff member was especially rude when encountering him. And to be more specific, I am a human behavior professional just in case anyone wants to attempt to refute what I'm saying. This is primarily what I do. Especially within organizations. Also, this was my second time visiting this establishment and returned to see if it would be any different on a different day, and it ABSOLUTELY was not! If you're going to predominantly have one culture of employees working, you really need to teach them cultural competency. What a shame and disgrace in these days/times.

  Exceptional is an understatement. It's because of this outstanding review and ANOTHER positive experience, I'm giving the Rancho Cugamonga, CA Bass Pro shop, these words of praise. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years; having to travel 65 miles from neighboring South Orange County. It starts with Jacquie in Customer Service, where I pick up my online order. Not once in all the years she's managed customer service has she, or her staff, ever been rude; only helpful, smiling, positive, genuine. Then you get to The Club, run by Juan. Always a soft-spoken gentleman, but a strong advocate for serving the customer, asking how things are going and directing customers to their respective departments - not to mention promoting the Bass Pro Club in a very warm, friendly, inviting way. You always leave with a great feeling. Then there's RONNIE up in the ammo dept. I can't say enough with his friendly, welcoming demeanor, knowledge and expertise. Don't challenge his words of wisdom - he really does know his stuff. Then to the restaurant for the mandatory "bite to eat". It must be done... Because the food really is that good... Beyond good. Great! Lastly, there's Joe, the store/site manager. None of everything under this roof including Tracker sales, could function and provide the high level of service Bass Pro is known for, without Joe. Rancho Cugamonga is lucky to have him running the store for Bass Pro out here. Bottom line? Yeah I could buy elsewhere... Why? Worth the drive, worth the experience. Thanks Joe, Happy new Club Member... And the hat fits well, too!! U bet. And I meant Ronnie upstairs on ammo. Solid guy, great Bass Pro employee. ✌️

  Absolutely ridiculous service with their sunglasses Department me and my wife went on my birthday so she could buy me a pair of Ray-Ban’s and we ask lots of questions because these things were $250 and I was told by the worker that the sizes for the glasses only referred to the size of the lenses, not the actual frames and that if they were a little too narrow, we would be able to return to that store and get them adjusted. We ordered them with the people there on their tablet and when they arrived, they were extremely small and narrow. We thought we just needed an adjustment, but when we came back to get them adjusted the worker that we dealt with that day was extremely rude and basically just waved us off and said go somewhere else because they can’t do that and that and if we wanted to come back in four hours, maybe possibly the person that comes in at that time would know how to do it, but they don’t even know which is just absolutely ridiculous because we drove from Victorville to get down there and when we went to other places to try and get them adjusted, we were told by multiple sunglass huts and optometrist places the glasses that I bought the frames were just too small and I need to get a bigger size but when I contacted sunglass hut online, they said because they were a custom pair I could not exchange or return them so I basically have a $250 pair of Ray-Ban’s that can’t fit on my face or my wife’s face and I now have to spend another $250 just to get the glasses that I can wear absolutely ridiculous service and the people there need to be trained not including the half a tank of gas it took me just to drive down there and for us to be waved off like that after my wife for my birthday spent 250$ with you guys
