It was my first time shopping for boots, and Rooney was really friendly and patient, he helped answer every single question that I had. He also used his expertise to recommend me on the sizing, width, and toe shape, to best fit my needs (I'm buying the boots for work). He ended up recommending me a size smaller than I usually wear, which fits me perfectly. This was my 2nd time in the store, and I'm always greeted with the store associates' kindness and warmth, will totally be returning in the future!

I was able to customize it including branding my hat and they even branded my son’s hat and my brothers! Super happy with the team, I need to go back for my pink hat. Debbie super cheerful and helpful and super awesome with my son, I will definitely be returning to this location 🙏🏽
