  Ryan is the most professional, courteous, gracious gentleman! He went out of his way to help me and patiently answered all my questions. He went above and beyond! Ariat is lucky to have him—he has my highest recommendation.

  Terrible quality. Wasted 300 dollars on boots that didn't make it 2 weeks. Don't waste you money folks. Your stuck with them. Worst part was. This was the very first venture off my main boot brand. Everyone had been telling me Ariat boots. Said sure let's try em. Enjoyed them the 2 weeks they worked great. But can't justify 300 every month for 'work boots' when other brands last over a year under the same conditions at around half the price. Well hard lesson learned. Don't try new companies when you love the one you buy from already that's tried, tested, and known reliable.

  Wish it was more like a Boot Barn or a classic western store with walls of boots. Instead Ariat is trying to be like Tecovas, with individual "display" boots laid out like a luxury handbag store, very posh for a western brand. Great if you're going specifically for their pricier Benchmade line, otherwise for me it doesnt seem worth the trip.

  Horrible customer service. They dont greet you when you walk in or ask you if you need help. I dont even know who was working. There were 2 ladies standing around talking and laughing but I wasnt sure if they were customers or employees.
