shopping experience over all wasn’t so bad. i found a good deal on a top and the fitting room attendant was really nice. my issue was with the cashier, didn’t catch the name but he was very rude. not sure if he was having a bad day but he definitely was taking it out on others. not cool!! at the end of the transaction he threw my shirt on the counter and just said yeah when i said thank you have a nice day. not trying to sound entitled here but damn!

I went in to shop around victoria gardens and was immediately helped by Jeremiah, at this location. He was very cordial and helpful with finding sizes and styles I was looking for. Although I did not decide to purchase what I found at the time, I will definitely be going back in hopes of some sales!

I tried to exchange a pair of jeans after they stretched from wearing for a few hours. They refused the exchange because they said they looked worn and the tags were not attached. They gave me a corporate number and said corporate has more power than they do but when I contacted them, they said all in-store returns are handled by the store and they can’t do anything. I don’t like being given the run around and am disappointed that AE doesn’t stand behind their product.

Natalie was awesome! One of the best customer service I could receive. She was very helpful and went into full detail to explain a few things to me. The store was clean and the atmosphere was good. Ambience could be a bit more pronounced but overall a good trip.
