  I came to this store with my daughter to find her homecoming dress, and our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn’t acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick “I’ll be right with you,” but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff—acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

  Horrible customer service. My daughter and I went into the dressing room so my daughter could try on dresses and the lady said I had to wait outside. I asked the manager, MADISON, if I could accompany my daughter, as she needed help with her dress, and she said "No, it's our policy." I asked why, and she said the rooms are too small. I replied that there is a chair in the room and I didn't understand why I couldn't sit in there and assist my daughter, who is a minor. There was also a larger dressing room available as well. Madison was extremely rude and dismissive, and still wouldn't budge on the so called "policy", which wasn't posted anywhere. Anyhow, my daughter couldn't get the dress on herself, so we left and went to Macys, where we received great customer service and bought a dress.

  Dresses are nice but they are the tiniest dressing rooms I’ve ever seen and poor customer service. Especially for putting long dresses, larger dressing rooms are needed. I went to Windsor for my prom dress with my mom and got checked into a tiny room so after the people in the large room left, we went into the larger room. My mom and I practically got dragged out by the girl who ran the dressing rooms who insisted that we needed to stay in the small room she assigned when the entire dressing room was empty. There was no one else in the entire dressing room yet we were forced to stay in the small room that could barely even fit one person. I have been to countless stores and never in my life have I ever heard of this kind of policy or been treated this way.

  I bought a dress and asked about the return policy. The salesperson said I had 14 days to return the dress. I showed her and made sure that I can return it. The next day I came back to return it because it didn't fit properly. They said it wasn't returnable in a very rude way. There was nothing wrong with the dress. The customer service isn't great.

  This store is a giant MESS! Every single time I come here there are clothes all over the place. It is so unorganized and the jewelry section has all the necklaces tangled. Everything is haphazardly folded, hung up or crumpled. I LOVE Windsor Online Shopping so I guess I will just stick to that.
