  Such a great shop. My kids enjoy going and looking at all the amazing toys! Wide variety and anything you can think of. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Thank you ❤️

  My daughter told me about her experience at this store and i was very sad to hear about what she told me. My daughter has been looking for nee-dohs everywhere, she came across this store with her mom and they ended up going in. My daughter asked to see if any nee-dohs were in stock and asked if they could check in the back. The associate helping my daughter goes and checks the back for her, but upon arriving back another family with their child was purchasing their items and the associate told the family “she found one last nee-doh in the back if they wanted to purchase it.” Unfortunately my daughter did not get the nee-doh.

  every single time i’ve called to ask for help the workers are ALL rude. terrible customer service compared to lafayette, berkeley and burlingame locations

  My seven year old visited with his dad to pick out a toy, and when he came home he went on and on about how nice the sales person who helped him was. She really made his day!
