- DBDmitri BilykJun 22, 20261.0DO NOT ORDER HERE, EVER! 🛑 They will literally steal your money and create a huge headache with zero resolution. Same story as all the other TERRIBLE reviews. They never delivered my $100+ order for Father’s Day. Then they marked the order as ‘delivered’ when it was NOT. Then they did NOT answer their phone EVER so you can’t try and resolve the issue. Then, you will try to contact corporate customer support who also did NOT respond to my support request at all. And finally, after a ruined gift, and hours of wasted time trying to figure out how to get them to fix the issue the following day and failing, you’ll be forced to collect all of that evidence and file a dispute with your credit card provider. If I could give negative 5 stars, it would be a generous rating for the dumpster fire experience this hellhole provided. 🤡

I placed an order for delivery a week in advance I called the store the day before and spoke with Martin to ensure everything will be set for delivery the next day! The day of delivery - I get an email stating it was delivered BUT the recipient NEVER received the order. I called the store multiple times - and no one answered and finally on the 30th call I got an associate and she indicated the same info that I had on my end and I told her that my order was never delivered even though it states it was. She put me on hold for a Manager and I was literally on hold for 53 minutes!!!! This is unacceptable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I demand a refund for my order! AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!
