  I had a very disappointing experience at Aerie. The young lady with piercings who was helping me was kind and trying her best, but the store manager stepped in and was incredibly unkind and unprofessional. She told me, “No, I’m actually not taking any of your returns back, not even the ones with tags. Go ahead and ship this out yourself. I can give you a bag and a slip, that’s it.” She then said, “I’m the store manager, and your order is from March, and if you haven’t noticed, it’s May now.” What made this even more upsetting was that I tried explaining my situation, my package had been delivered to the wrong person, and it has been a complete nightmare trying to track down my items. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, she was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I expected much better treatment from a store manager.

  I’ve been here three times, seen items i’ve wanted to buy, but felt too uncomfortable to each time. The employees stare like crazy and treat you like an intruder.

  This place is an absolute joke. They were out of my size even though it was literally hanging on a mannequin, and the manager still refused to give it to me. What a clown operation

  Great customer service! Staff was very helpful! Well organized shop. They helped me find everything my wife was looking for. She was very happy! Will be shopping here often!

  Never had any issues here. Go in semi often for my girlfriend and the staff are always very helpful. Don't be fooled by the karens who are the same type of people that don't understand how a return policy works.
