  Beware of Lourdes; she's a real liar. She tells you if you want to be part of the rewards program at this store. Actually, this is the second time I've bought here, but what she was doing was filling out a credit card application, which she never mentioned, claiming she told me. But my son was with me, and he was amazed at how deceitful and tricky she is. With a mocking look, she told us there was no manager and that someone would arrive later. After a while, a manager finally showed up to sort this out, but what a shame about this lying woman!

  Tons of inventory, but sizes were meh. Managed to find a few things.

  Not a problem if you don't mind looking through all the sizes to find yours. Over half were in wrong section for sizes. Really ? You can't hire a few more people to keep the sizes on racks right? So if you go in and you see clothes hung oddly on the racks, that's ne again pulling out the wrong sizes to be reracked. The store is so understaffed there's kids coming in throwing snap pops because they can since there's one person on the floor hanging clothes. Too add...there's been several complaints about rude cashier's going back quite aways. Nordstrom responds on here with apology but it's still happening. Thats the problem that needs fixed most importantly.

  A shoe in a 9 was $75 and the same shoe in a 9.5 was $200. They were both kinda bumped up and rough but perfect for my outfit. The manager refused to sell me the 9.5 for the same price. She offered 20% off. Not your typical Nordstrom service. That's for sure.

It’s a customers in particular I was returning an item today and Lourdes was very rude and not pleasant at all from the greeting that I received to the entire process of the refund and I think somebody should know that her Service skills do not belong at the front end of the store
