  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Ralph Lauren Pismo Beach Outlet. I have always associated Ralph Lauren with quality, professionalism, and respect for customers, but unfortunately this location did not reflect those values. I purchased several items from the store, and after leaving I checked my bag and realized one of the items I had already paid for was not placed inside. I immediately returned to the store, but the doors were already locked. I had to knock on the glass door and explain that my paid item had been forgotten. Instead of receiving a simple apology or acknowledgment of their mistake, the employee opened the door only slightly, handed me the item without even placing it in a bag, and showed no concern, courtesy, or remorse. I was treated like I was an inconvenience for asking for something I had already paid for. After this experience, I looked at other reviews and noticed similar concerns from customers regarding the attitude and professionalism of some employees at this location. Several customers have described feeling unwelcome, receiving dirty looks instead of greetings, and experiencing staff who appeared more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. One customer described trying to find help with the fitting rooms and feeling uncomfortable because employees seemed annoyed that they needed assistance, eventually leaving without purchasing anything despite liking the merchandise. Another customer reported feeling profiled and uncomfortable during their shopping experience, stating they felt they were treated differently than other shoppers. While I cannot personally verify every experience shared by others, the repeated concerns about customer treatment are troubling. Mistakes happen in retail, but how employees handle those mistakes and interact with customers shows the level of respect a company has for its customers. For a well-known brand like Ralph Lauren, customers should feel welcomed, valued, and respected not ignored, embarrassed, or treated like a burden. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides better customer service training because the way employees treat customers directly impacts the reputation of the Ralph Lauren brand. A luxury retailer should never make customer feel this way. For a product like Ralph Lauren overpriced this is unacceptable on their staff working at this store.

  Had a bad experience at first, called up corporate, store manager reached out. Jesse was a pretty solid guy, easy to talk to. Helped work out the whole situation between all parties. Turned a 1 star into a 5 star. Dont lose hope folks. I like my HRT CT 2' shoes too.
