Thoroughly explained everything and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. Renting their Mechanical Bull made for one of the best parties we have had! Was great for kids and adults. Will definitely use them for all parties going forward!

They were very unprofessional and almost seems like greedy as well. They’ll be happy to charge you and let you know about that but not about any of their rules for cancellation or anything along those lines. Ended up renting from a different small business in the area because of how disappointed I was.

We had a problem with the bull half way through the party and they came and picked it up and switched it with a new bull. Very simple and would totally recommend using them for your party! The bull was especially a blast and so entertaining!
