  My boyfriend and I recently visited Robbins Brothers to start looking for an engagement ring, and we honestly had such an amazing experience. We had done a little research beforehand, but once we got there, we realized just how many options there were. We came in with an open mind and really had no idea what kind of ring we were looking for. We were greeted by Michael, and from the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable. There was never any pressure to buy or rush through the process. Instead, he took the time to ask what I liked, what I didn't like, and encouraged me to try on different styles—even ones I normally wouldn't have picked. It actually helped me realize that what I thought I wanted wasn't necessarily what I loved once I saw it on my hand. I probably tried on more rings than I can count, and not once did Michael make us feel like we were taking too long. Every time I had a question or couldn't decide between two settings, he patiently explained the differences and gave us honest feedback. I really appreciated that he never pushed us toward a certain ring or tried to upsell us. His advice always felt genuine, and it was obvious that he wanted us to leave with a ring we'd be happy with for years to come. Once we found the setting I loved, Michael introduced us to Jumana, the floor manager. I'll admit, this was the part we were most nervous about because we didn't know much about diamonds. Thankfully, Jumana made everything so much easier to understand. She took the time to explain what we were looking at, answered every question we had, and showed us different diamonds so we could actually see the differences for ourselves. She never made us feel like our questions were silly and made sure we understood everything before moving on. I also love who she took her time to understand us, the customers - who we were, our needs, our stories. What really stood out to us was how well Michael and Jumana worked together. They both listened to what was important to us instead of trying to sell us something. They respected our budget, gave us honest recommendations, and genuinely wanted us to find the right ring rather than just any ring. There was one point where my boyfriend and I kept going back and forth between a couple of options. Instead of rushing us to make a decision, they happily brought them back out so I could try them on again. After seeing them one more time, everything just clicked. We both looked at each other and knew we had found the one. Walking into Robbins Brothers, we expected to shop for a ring. Walking out, we left with *the* ring and an experience we'll always remember!! Buying an engagement ring is such a special moment, and Michael and Jumana made the entire process exciting, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you both for your patience, kindness, and expertise. You made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel effortless, and we're so grateful for all of your help. We can't wait to come back for our wedding bands!

  Robbins Brother has been nothing short of a great experience in looking for an engagement ring. Ranging from selections, to the quality of showcase and customer service. I would like to give proper thanks to two people. Jumana and Michale at the Pasadena, California location. Michale was the first representative that we became acquainted with. Professional, bright and knowledgeable. His knowledge was of great help in selecting rings that my soon to be fiancé would wear. He explained various knowledge about rings, including knowledge on what type of metal and diamond would fit us. Michale in the end was able to showcase his excellent knowledge that led me to a final decision on a chosen ring. A delightful person to work with from beginning to end (I would like to meet him again to assist us in choosing a wedding band). Jumana was a bright and bubbly person. She held our hands from beginning to end on finding the best diamond for our ring. She assured us that we will be well taken care of, and we were! Although, we were uncertain about purchasing the ring the first visit, her willingness to accommodate us drew us back as well. In the end, we purchased the ring and she has shown nothing but patience and understanding for the two visits we made to the store!

  Shopped at the Woodland Hills location and thought that experience was great but the staff here have exceed even those expectations. We purchased my wedding ring here and they helped us pick one that was perfect to compliment my wife’s wedding band. We have also brought jewelry to be resized and polished. They breathe new life into it and have waived some costs, doing it at no cost. They also have other store recommendations, such as watch cleaning, if they cannot do it themselves. We will always come here for any of our jewelry needs due to the staff and the care they have shown what we bring in or purchase.

  We purchased a 2 caret diamond at the Pasadena location and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Lily is the person who helped us, she was kind, patience, professional and I highly recommend her. However, even the store manager came and sat with us, making our visit memorable. We were so happy with the outcome of most brilliant glimmering diamond ever at a reasonable price. This store gets a Five Star rating.

  I’ve been looking forward to getting my first proper watch and I was drawn to the Hamilton Khaki Field Murph. So, naturally I searched up authorized dealers and lo and behold Robbins Brothers was one of them. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Michael who continued to help me throughout the duration of my time at the shop. He was extremely helpful, and let me try on as many watches as I wanted while helping me decide which size, model, etc would look best. Aside from that, the payment process also went smoothly and I had no complaints! Overall, very happy with my purchase AND the experience, I’m glad I got my first serious watch with them :)
