  My experience at Robinsons in Pasadena was amazing! Jumana was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and so down-to-earth. I truly appreciated how she took the time to listen to me and help me make the right decisions without ever being pushy or making me feel pressured. Her customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely be returning for my next jewelry purchase as I continue to add to my collection.   This is where i purchased a custom wedding ring set 24 years. The quality and beauty is second to none. I've always had a positive experience at Robbins Brothers and that is why I continue to return for any of our jewelry needs. Since then I have moved to Tennessee but i visit once a year for maintenance. This time around I purchased a 2 karat Diamond ring for our 25th year anniversary ring and the customer Service I received from Jumana was outstanding! she was quick and knowledgeable helping us to select and narrow down what we wanted and were looking for. We are highly appreciative of all she has done to make us feel comfortable with the experience. We will always continue to return.

  Jumana at Robbins Bros in Pasadena was the absolute BEST!! From our first visit, she was so kind, attentive, and patient with us. We never felt pressured to purchase anything and she ensured we were 100% satisfied with everything. Highly recommend her!

  I had the sincere pleasure to work with my jewelry specialist, Jumana and when I tell you she is the most amazing person you could go to I mean that whole heartedly. She is so patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind when it comes to her clients. I have never felt so supported when I was so unsure about how to move forward with selecting a diamond bracelet. She helped me go through all possible options with so much warmth and understanding (she is literally a girls girl looking out for you) 🖤 she would send me pictures of any bracelets I wanted to see from her own wrist to give me the best idea of what my options were. I have felt so comfortable every time I have interacted with her even despite me having a million questions ready that she was always down to help answer and quickly too. She always made me feel supported with making an informed purchase and I could not be more grateful of my experience. She has also provided this same incredible experience to multiple family members of mine who all feel the same way about her. I would give her 100 stars if I could. If you are needing support and want to be helped by someone who has truly mastered their craft, I cannot recommend Jumana enough.   My boyfriend and I recently visited Robbins Brothers to start looking for an engagement ring, and we honestly had such an amazing experience. We had done a little research beforehand, but once we got there, we realized just how many options there were. We came in with an open mind and really had no idea what kind of ring we were looking for. We were greeted by Michael, and from the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable. There was never any pressure to buy or rush through the process. Instead, he took the time to ask what I liked, what I didn't like, and encouraged me to try on different styles—even ones I normally wouldn't have picked. It actually helped me realize that what I thought I wanted wasn't necessarily what I loved once I saw it on my hand. I probably tried on more rings than I can count, and not once did Michael make us feel like we were taking too long. Every time I had a question or couldn't decide between two settings, he patiently explained the differences and gave us honest feedback. I really appreciated that he never pushed us toward a certain ring or tried to upsell us. His advice always felt genuine, and it was obvious that he wanted us to leave with a ring we'd be happy with for years to come. Once we found the setting I loved, Michael introduced us to Jumana, the floor manager. I'll admit, this was the part we were most nervous about because we didn't know much about diamonds. Thankfully, Jumana made everything so much easier to understand. She took the time to explain what we were looking at, answered every question we had, and showed us different diamonds so we could actually see the differences for ourselves. She never made us feel like our questions were silly and made sure we understood everything before moving on. I also love who she took her time to understand us, the customers - who we were, our needs, our stories. What really stood out to us was how well Michael and Jumana worked together. They both listened to what was important to us instead of trying to sell us something. They respected our budget, gave us honest recommendations, and genuinely wanted us to find the right ring rather than just any ring. There was one point where my boyfriend and I kept going back and forth between a couple of options. Instead of rushing us to make a decision, they happily brought them back out so I could try them on again. After seeing them one more time, everything just clicked. We both looked at each other and knew we had found the one. Walking into Robbins Brothers, we expected to shop for a ring. Walking out, we left with *the* ring and an experience we'll always remember!! Buying an engagement ring is such a special moment, and Michael and Jumana made the entire process exciting, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you both for your patience, kindness, and expertise. You made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel effortless, and we're so grateful for all of your help. We can't wait to come back for our wedding bands!
