  My first time in this store and everyone was super polite. My favorite of all is Eza. She was wonderful! I told her what I needed and with such an excitement to help me. Definitely will go again soon! Thank you Eza for all your patience and support. You went above and beyond.

  Absolutely appalling and disgusting experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism at this Pasadena Alo location is staggering, but what makes it truly despicable is the blatant racism and Asian hate openly exhibited by the staff. There is one male employee in particular who should be fired immediately. I stood there and watched him bend over backwards, smiling and offering impeccable, warm service to white customers. However, the moment I approached him to politely ask for help, his demeanor instantly turned hostile. He flat-out refused to assist me at first and actually had the audacity to make a direct, racially derogatory remark to my face. After I repeatedly pressed him to simply do his job and check for a specific item, he begrudgingly and with immense attitude walked to the back—and then completely vanished. He abandoned me on the floor, leaving me standing there waiting for 30 minutes for an item he clearly had no intention of retrieving. This is not just bad customer service; this is overt discrimination and targeted harassment. It is absolutely unacceptable that Alo Yoga employs individuals who treat customers this viciously based on their race. Management needs to investigate the cameras, identify this employee, and take immediate action. I will never spend another dime at this brand, and I urge anyone who expects basic human decency and respect to avoid this location at all costs.

  Had a great shopping experience at the Pasadena location! Went in right when it opened on the first day of the sale. Erin helped me out and she was so friendly and helpful. Store got pretty packed within the first 30 minutes and she was helping out 5+ people at a time but she still went over and beyond to make sure I had the right sizing and got the pants for myself and my daughter!

  My very first time visiting an alo store. I was a bit hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews. I must say, I had such an amazing experience from the time I walked in the establishment from the time I checked out. Everyone was so friendly, helpful & truly amazing. Because of this, I will definitely shop here again vs purchasing online. I truly appreciate you all 💕
