    My very first time visiting an alo store. I was a bit hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews. I must say, I had such an amazing experience from the time I walked in the establishment from the time I checked out. Everyone was so friendly, helpful & truly amazing. Because of this, I will definitely shop here again vs purchasing online. I truly appreciate you all 💕

    I was so disappointed I ordered shoes online and just came in for pick up. The front desk asked me to wait by the staircase (which I did) and Iza (another staff) rudely told me to move from there when her coworker asked me to stand there!

    I had a really disappointing experience at Alo Pasadena. I purchased a pair of pants and noticed shortly after that there was a clear defect/loose threading on the item. The pants were completely new and had only been purchased the day before. When I brought them back to the store, the staff refused both an exchange and a return. What shocked me most was the explanation I received. I was told: “Because the item is defective, we can’t take it back.” That logic made absolutely no sense to me — the defect was already there when the item was sold to me. I explained that I did not damage the pants and had barely even handled them, but the employee continued refusing to help and offered no real solution besides repeating store policy. The overall experience felt dismissive and extremely poor from a customer service standpoint. On top of that, the store was overcrowded, the line was very long, and inventory was limited. For a premium-priced brand, I expected much better quality control and customer care. I would strongly recommend checking every item carefully before purchasing from this location.

    Extremely dismissive staff, i asked for assistance in finding a style and the associate rolled their eyes at me. no one helped or spoke to me.
