- RPRocket PunchMay 10, 20261.0This place was a joke!!! There are so many people on weekends, but the staff were just standing there doing nothing/ only care about their target customers. If you’re a student or look young, you’re basically invisible to them I’m pretty interested in Ralph Lauren’s shirts and dresses, but nobody bothered to show me around or explain the different lines. After I asked one “standing” person to find the fitting room, that guy just disappeared and no one helped me grab a smaller size or show me anything else. And I was even waiting 10 mins to make a payment since they completely ignored me. I would’ve walked out if I wasn't so into the piece “I found”. Super disappointing service. I don’t think I’ll come to this store again. I’ll definitely go to Neiman Marcus/Nordstrom to find a designer shirt next time
