    The manager here was very friendly and kind. He greeted me and helped me solve my problem, even as other employees threw problems his way. He solved them all and delegated nicely, all while helping me. I was extremely impressed.

    The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I even showed my military ID and asked for the military discount, and they acted like they applied it, but they actually didn’t. I found the whole experience very dishonest and unethical.

    I drove 30 minutes to this location specifically to process a return, relying on the Google Maps listing which indicated the store closes at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM only to find out the store had already closed at 7:00 PM, and I was refused entry/service. It is extremely frustrating when a store fails to keep its business hours updated online. A total waste of my time.
