  I adore this store and its employees. I’ve never had a bad experience! Truly, everyone I have met has been so helpful and sweet, true girl’s-girls. Shout out to Rebecca, she assisted me today. She was so patient, helping me find earrings that fit my likes/vibe and fit my maintenance needs and are in my budget. She was so informative, teaching me how to put in my new flat back earrings, and so helpful with putting them on me. I left the store feeling so hyped and pretty, and so happy with my purchases! Thank you Rebecca & gorjana <3

  I drove 20 minutes to this location, only to find it closed upon arrival at 7:40 PM, despite their posted business hours indicating they close at 8 PM. Very disappointing.

  The hours on their Google listing state they are open until 8, but it seems like they are already closed after 7. There are no hours posted on the storefront, so I found it very unprofessional when the employees inside the store just stared and laughed at me when I tried to open the door.

  Want to give a shout out to *Reena* here. I went in to Gorjana looking for a customized ring as a Valentine’s Day present to give to my girlfriend. For the few weeks before going in, I had a vision of what I was looking for. And quite honestly, was afraid the real product wouldn’t be able to live up to the one I had cooked up in my head. With Reena’s help, I was able to get a gorgeous, simple, yet sophisticated ring for my girlfriend. The result: it looks so great on her! She loves it & hasn’t taken it off. I appreciate Gorjana’s help in finding us a piece that now serves as a sweet symbol of the love, commitment, and unique beauty my girlfriend and I share in our relationship.

  I’ve always had great experiences at this store. But today I went to pick up a necklace for a birthday gift and they were closed. It was 5:30pm. The website said they closed at 7pm. The lights were on, but doors were locked with a padlock. There were several people also outside trying to go in. We all called no answer. I stopped by at 6:15pm again and still closed. Not a great thing to do during the holidays. No signs and no indication of why they were closed early.
