  So today my mother called the shop in Stanford and was told there was a specific bracelet in stock by a young lady. So she drove down 45 minutes to obtain said bracelet that come to find out was not in stock. She was too busy on her phone to provide actual customer service or take the 30 seconds to check for the bracelet to be in stock. It’s unfortunate that in this day and age that employees can’t be bothered because they are too busy on social media to help value customers. Hopefully the store can take this into consideration when it comes to being a normal human being and providing even the smallest amount of respect for someone looking to purchase something. Very sad..

  I drove 20 minutes to this location, only to find it closed upon arrival at 7:40 PM, despite their posted business hours indicating they close at 8 PM. Very disappointing.

  The hours on their Google listing state they are open until 8, but it seems like they are already closed after 7. There are no hours posted on the storefront, so I found it very unprofessional when the employees inside the store just stared and laughed at me when I tried to open the door.

  Want to give a shout out to *Reena* here. I went in to Gorjana looking for a customized ring as a Valentine’s Day present to give to my girlfriend. For the few weeks before going in, I had a vision of what I was looking for. And quite honestly, was afraid the real product wouldn’t be able to live up to the one I had cooked up in my head. With Reena’s help, I was able to get a gorgeous, simple, yet sophisticated ring for my girlfriend. The result: it looks so great on her! She loves it & hasn’t taken it off. I appreciate Gorjana’s help in finding us a piece that now serves as a sweet symbol of the love, commitment, and unique beauty my girlfriend and I share in our relationship.

  I’ve always had great experiences at this store. But today I went to pick up a necklace for a birthday gift and they were closed. It was 5:30pm. The website said they closed at 7pm. The lights were on, but doors were locked with a padlock. There were several people also outside trying to go in. We all called no answer. I stopped by at 6:15pm again and still closed. Not a great thing to do during the holidays. No signs and no indication of why they were closed early.
