We’d like to give a huge thank you to Jocelyn Rodriguez for helping us choose and prepare our wedding bands.
The whole experience was amazing, lots of smiles, laughter, and even champagne, which made the moment feel extra special.
We were truly impressed by the level of service at the David Yurman boutique. In fact, when we came back to pick up our rings, we ended up buying an additional everyday ring as well!
We’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!

Had such a great experience at David Yurman thanks to Jocelyn Rodriguez! She was super sweet and gave amazing service the whole time. I really appreciated that she’s bilingual, she was able to talk to my mom in Spanish, which made everything so much easier and more comfortable for us.
We were shopping as a group, and even though one of my sisters didn’t end up buying anything (budget reasons lol), Jocelyn still included her and made sure she didn’t feel left out at all, which I loved.
She also has great attention to detail and just made the whole experience feel really special. Definitely recommend asking for her if you go!
Mareo is very sweet helping customers out! Tried over 20 rings and finally picked a brilliant pair for wedding rings, which is top notch compared to other jewelry brand in this plaza.
I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a high-end jewelry store until visiting this location. Unfortunately, this has now happened to me three separate times, same location. Which points to a isolated incident for this specific location and its people.
The Asian lady and Maritza came across as dismissive, and showed little interest in providing the level of service that should be expected in a luxury retail environment. When you work in high-end retail, attitude, professionalism, and customer engagement are not optional—they are the standard. It feels like they do not want to work there. LOL
Because of these repeated experiences, I now choose to shop at the Valley Fair location instead, even though it requires more travel. This location, despite being in a beautiful and safe area at Stanford Shopping Center, has consistently failed to deliver the service that reflects the brand.
I truly hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at the management and customer service culture at this store. It’s disappointing to see such a prime location fall short due to avoidable service issues. Until there is improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
