  We try to return something to their store their staff was unfriendly and hostile. They had no name tags so unfortunately we can’t say who it was but the manager was terrible no logic. We tried to return a item that we didn’t check had some like black marks on it and was a bit worn btw this was way before the 30 day period and we didn’t even wear it they didn’t accept the return and accused us of making it dirty terrible service. Be careful of when you buy from here you need to double check if your item has any defects cause they will not let you return it. Good luck on buying from this store.

  Embarrassing level of customer service for a brand like Alo. It seems like the staff is only there for the employee discount and a photo op. I tried to approach them to ask for my size, but they were too busy taking selfies and videos with their phones . Dismissive, unprofessional, and totally indifferent. Walked out without the quarter-zip I came to buy. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. Do better Alo. Alo corporate needs to check their CCTV and retrain this staff on basic retail etiquette—personal vlog shoots shouldn't take priority over paying customers.

  I was wondering why this store has 3 stars and today, i discovered why... I came to make a return for a pair of shoes that my hisband bought to my daugther and she didnt liked, My hisband always pays cash, ALWAYS! but it looks like this location does not manage cash or i dont know... the lady who I think is the manager.. (a lady with braided hair) got mad because another associate (who was so sweet and nice) processed my return and was about to give me th cash (that hubby pad for) because as "FIRST THING IN THE MORNING" excuse me? it is not my freaking problem if you dont have cash this early. Then the manager proceeded to ask questions like "is something wrong with thw shoes?" "she didn't even wear them..?" but with an arrogant and hostile attitude 😒 it felt like they were doing me a favor when i was just following the standard procedure of refunds because yes, we know how strict they are with their policy. Dont waste your money here, better going to lululemon where you will get greeted with a smile as soon as you come in and staff is helpful and nice there 🤩 to the girl that opened me the door on ALO: thank you so much you were so kind and nice, im sorry that you have to work in a place where everyone feels superior to everyone just because they work in a expensive store of clothes.

  La magasin est beau, spacieux et bien agencé. Par contre le vendeur n’a fait aucun effort, on avait l’impression de les déranger. Autant aller dans un autre Alo.
