- VBviphouseofhair VIP Baby!May 23, 20261.0This store failed to remove security tags, I took the suit to a law school graduation and realized I can’t wear the suit with security tags. I wore something else even though I bought the same outfit for my daughter so we match. Never worn, tags in place, after the graduation, and went to store to return because I could not wear for intended purpose unworn and in original condition . The store told me there is nothing they can do and it’s somehow my fault for not inspecting the garments at checkout and for not checking the garment writhing 30 days of purchase. Wow!! I reported this to Federal Trade Commission because I feel this has to be unlawful. And I was only looking to exchange. Return was about 200, still purchased 500 worth of merchandise and took the hit. I hope more professional options come to AV because I’m feeling the need to cancel this company because of their return policy that does not consider their own mistake at checkout. No store is perfect but I think I’ve purchased all of your drops since I rediscovered you a few months ago.
