- NBNeda BeralNov 30, 20201.0Extremely disappointed by the staff. It took a great effort for both my daughters and I to set aside some time time so we can go shopping together on Black Friday. They wanted to buy me lululemons for Mother’s Day and we all never got a chance to get together to go shopping . So we finally go to the pacific palisades store and the lady standing by the door tells us there is about a 30 minute wait to get inside. She asked that we leave our phone number and they will call us as it is close to our turn to get in to shop. We waited and walked around for 45 minutes and we never got a call. Once we went back to ask what is going on? There was another lady by the door, she looked at her list and couldn’t find us. Instead of asking more questions or trying to figure out what happened or even apologizing that they wasted our time , she just said “as of now we have 14 people on our waiting list and it will be about 2 to 2:45 hours waiting. Do you want me to put you on my list?!! (And she walked away ). We just left without shopping.
