  I took my daughter in to look for a birthday dress and Natasha helped her find the PERFECT DRESS FOR MY KIDDO! She made her feel seen, heard and just overall beautiful for her special day. I recommend this store with these lovely ladies 20x over!

  such a terrible experience at this location in Oxnard. I had a coffee while looking around and shopping and an employee took my drink without explaining drinks weren’t allowed. No signs in sight of no beverages or food either. They need better managers and employees that aren’t rude and don’t take personal belongings!

  I haven't been in a Windsor for a million years. It's a bit too young for me these days but I was able to pick up a few things. I called because I need to swap some sizes (as I didn't try on) and the girls that helped me were very good. I would recommend the store and will stop back in from time to time 😁

  Usually I am not one to write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience shopping with Windsor. My order came in the mail and was completely wrong. I went to a store near me to return them and was told that they could not help me at all. They said that I needed to call customer service for help. When I called customer service they said they would process my refund and that I needed to order the dresses again. Now the dresses are sold out on the website so I cannot order them and I still have not received a refund for the order that was messed up.
