  I’m not sure if the workers all hate each other or they made an assumption me and my friend were going to steal, but the way the workers talked to me and my friend made me so upset. I already felt weird walking around and having every single worker walk up to me and my friend asking if we were doing okay and it wasn’t the fact they kept asking but it was the way they all had a condescending tone. I understand that they probably deal with a lot of unruly teenagers, but I’m an adult carrying a small bag, there’s no room in my bag nor do I want to steal anything. It wasn’t until I started asking about boots and their sizing that I realized the workers were just rude. I grabbed one of the model boots that were out and asked for a size 7 so I can have two in my possession and possibly check them out right then and there, then the worker with the short, frizzy hair told me “the one you’re already carrying is a 7 just try that one on” and I asked her if there was a box for 7 in case I do wanna buy it and she tells me “If you like it you can just buy the other shoe that goes with it”…? Ok whatever. Some time passes and I decide I am gonna get the boots so I’m waiting in line holding the model boot and one worker was nice in telling me I wasn’t standing on the correct side for the line but the SAME girl with the short frizzy hair pats the barrier right next to her like we’re dogs and tells us “you know the line is right here, and what size was that again? The boxes are on the wall lol” if she would’ve told me the first time I had asked about the boots that the sets were on the wall this entire time then I wouldn’t have felt some type of way. I made a face and realized I didn’t want to buy the boots from there anymore. I don’t know if the workers are in competition with one another and it creates a bad vibe or they just singled me and my friend out because of ?!?! I don’t know, but I felt so disrespected and plain stupid. I asked so many questions before the final interaction but it just felt like it was on purpose to make us feel dumb. I walked right out

  Went there on Wednesday and the blonde cashier was insanely rude and had a horrible attitude. Kept being really irritated after anything I ask for some reason and literally snatched the dress out of my hand at the end. Don't come here if you want even a drop of respect.
