  Bought a pair of vans last weekend at this location in ontario mills and was told for any reason I would be able to return them no problem.Well that was not the case what so ever.Tryed to get my money back or even store credit but was denied anything by the manger with the pink hair on Saturday.She was extremely rude, unprofessional.After checking customer policy I realized she didn't know or follow any of them.Just so everyone knows before you buy a pair of vans there.The customer service and manager are extremely unprofessional and I will no longer be buying any more vans from here.I have had great customer service with convers and other places but this store and the management was discussing.

  I came to this store to have a security tag removed from a pair of shoes I had purchased. The security tag itself was not the issue—the extremely rude attitude of one employee was. I left feeling disrespected and decided not to buy another item I had planned to purchase. Because of how poorly I was treated, I asked for the employee’s name and contacted Vans directly about this matter. I understand that it may take time to receive a response, and the issue may not ultimately be resolved. However, this was the first time I had ever felt such strong hostility from a store employee, and also the first time I genuinely felt the need to file a complaint. For that reason, I am willing to take the time and patiently follow up with the company.
