Thanks to her excellent service and attentiveness, she made my teenage daughter very happy with the purchase of her new watch. I highly recommend asking for her—she tries to get you the best prices if there are any promotions available and is very knowledgeable about the brand.

It felt as though she was more interested in flirting with another customer that was there than helping me. Definitely not the standard of service I expected. I hope the management addresses this, as it was a discouraging experience.
