The was worker on the floor checking bags writing things down I asked him a question he was so nice abd his smile was a warm welcome like I could have asked him anything and was of no bother unlike some places. His name was Mateo, tall, slim , huge smile great personality very helpful. Good job Michael Khors great customer service!!

When we tried to return a defective purse, the manager was disrespectful to my mother. The manager spoke down to my mother, implying she didn't know how to carry a purse, and insisted that my mother was responsible for the damage, refusing to accept the return. The customer service was unacceptable. The employee requires training on appropriate customer interaction, including avoiding physical contact and treating customers with respect.
