When we tried to return a defective purse, the manager was disrespectful to my mother. The manager spoke down to my mother, implying she didn't know how to carry a purse, and insisted that my mother was responsible for the damage, refusing to accept the return. The customer service was unacceptable. The employee requires training on appropriate customer interaction, including avoiding physical contact and treating customers with respect.
