  Came here 2x, staff never helped the first time. The second time after 10 mins I had to ask for help. There were 4 employees not doing anything 3 were talking to each other literally right next to me. Don’t waste your time go to a nicer area the service is usually better at other Michael Khors stores I’ve been to.

  The manager and associates, from both stores, are so kind, helpful, and attentive. I volunteer as a wish granter and recently granted a mall shopping spree that included the MK stores. As soon as we walked in the Women's store, the manager introduced herself and helped make our wish kid feel special. The Men’s store manager was equally helpful. Our wish kid was so happy, and MK helped make his day extra special. Thank you all so much!

  Love it, staff so nice abd helpful treated as soon as I entered with a hello, was told discount offer soon after. The was worker on the floor checking bags writing things down I asked him a question he was so nice abd his smile was a warm welcome like I could have asked him anything and was of no bother unlike some places. His name was Mateo, tall, slim , huge smile great personality very helpful. Good job Michael Khors great customer service!!

  The manager who worked on May 2, 2026, was disrespectful, condescending, and rude. When we tried to return a defective purse, the manager was disrespectful to my mother. The manager spoke down to my mother, implying she didn't know how to carry a purse, and insisted that my mother was responsible for the damage, refusing to accept the return. The customer service was unacceptable. The employee requires training on appropriate customer interaction, including avoiding physical contact and treating customers with respect.
