  The manager who worked on May 2, 2026, was disrespectful, condescending, and rude. When we tried to return a defective purse, the manager was disrespectful to my mother. The manager spoke down to my mother, implying she didn't know how to carry a purse, and insisted that my mother was responsible for the damage, refusing to accept the return. The customer service was unacceptable. The employee requires training on appropriate customer interaction, including avoiding physical contact and treating customers with respect.

  I have recently visited this store and bought two purses spend over $600 and they still have the audacity to sell me a bag for $0.10 to put in my expensive purses in I don't mind the $0.10 I said yes right away but why charge customers that are spending hundreds of dollars
