Now 40 minutes of my life was taken up and one simple "sorry" is going to give me back the time I lost, replace my gass and make up for the HUGE inconvenience? Make me drive back and wait in line AGAIN? There is absolutely zero management, quality control and/or customer service. Never shopping here again!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. After many times of going to the dressing room with a ton of clothes, the associate was still more than willing to help me and grab the different sizes that I needed. Even the girl who was ringing me up was so easy to talk to and seemed genuine. Thank you to Jessica and Aylin! (I wish I got the other girls names too) keep up the good work!
